Why do we do this? What a stupid question. Of course, in order to cheer up, keep warm and if you need and thirst to quench freshly brewed tea. <p>Modern researchers believe that the solution lies in the tea leaf, which contains vegetable proteins (up to 15%), vitamins (P, C, A, PP), trace elements (potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener external nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromium">chromium</a>) , caffeine and many other components that increase the endurance of the body and its resistance to diseases. In addition, the tea leaf contains catechins &#8211; organic substances that have an antioxidant effect. That is, regular use of tea protects us from free radicals and allows us to withstand premature aging of the body. Moreover, tea catechins are able to bind slags, toxins and metabolic products, not allowing them to digest into the blood. Maybe that&#8217;s why on the basis of tea, many cleansing <a href="https://www.u4weightloss.com/category/diet/">diets</a> for <a href="https://www.u4weightloss.com/weight-loss-a-little-can-go-a-long-way-2016-03/">weight loss</a> have been developed.</p>
<p><strong>Principle of tea diet</strong></p>
<p>You can stick to the tea diet in two ways.</p>
<p>The first way is to arrange for yourself unloading tea days 1-2 times a month, during which you should drink at least 5 cups of green tea (necessarily freshly brewed) without any additives.</p>
<p>The second way is to adhere to a specially selected <a href="https://www.u4weightloss.com/category/diet/">diet</a>, designed for 7-14 days, during which a person should drink at least 3 cups of green tea a day. With thirst, except tea, you can drink pure still water in any quantity.</p>
<p><strong>Contraindications</strong></p>
<p>People suffering from <a target="_blank" rel="noopener external nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gastritis">gastritis</a>, as well as a stomach ulcer during an exacerbation should avoid strong tea, as it increases the acidity of gastric juice and can aggravate the disease. Similarly, it is worth to go to hypertensive patients, pregnant women and all those who suffer from kidney and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener external nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiovascular_disease">cardiovascular diseases</a>. Do not get carried away with strong tea during acute periods of any chronic diseases, especially if they are accompanied by temperature.</p>
